We are pleased to announce the publication of the D 3.1 Toolkit for Inclusion and Diversity within Sustainable Sailing Practices. This comprehensive resource has been designed to assist European sailing clubs, training centres, and partner organizations in becoming more inclusive and diverse.

Inclusion is defined as offering everyone an experience of belonging; it means ensuring that all individuals feel welcomed, supported, and integral to the organization.

Diversity involves recognizing and celebrating differences; it means understanding that everyone experiences life uniquely, ensuring representation across all activities, and taking time to honor individual stories.
